The 11th edition of Cranksgiving Tampa will continue to benefit Metropolitan Ministries. In the first decade of Cranksgiving Tampa, we've donated 15,200 total pounds of food, including 402 turkeys, to Metropolitan Ministries. As we move into Year 11, we're hoping to reach that elusive "ton" donation (2,000 pounds in a single year). Through a raffle, we've also donated about $7,500 to local charities. This year's raffle will support Reach St. Pete, which provides free resources including food, clothing, financial assistance and more to help alleviate homelessness, low-income and at-risk situations. In the spirit of Cranksgiving, we will be specifically supporting their Pop-Up Pantry program, which makes fresh groceries accessible to those who live in high-need areas that are considered food deserts.
