     Happy Fall Y'all! Cranksgiving is a fabulous start to getting into the holiday spirit as well as enjoying some fellowship, exercise, fresh air, and friendly festivities with other like-minded peeps!! Holiday costumes & decorations are not required but may add to your enjoyment of the event!

       This event is FREE, but your cash or debit/credit card will be needed to purchase food & other items. Donations of food and money will support our local food bank. A brief list of non-perishable food & toiletry items of the food bank's short supply will be provided the morning of the actual event.

      So be creative and collect items to go towards a holiday meal and/or toiletry/household items area residents would benefit from. The Cranksgiving event starts at 10:00 with kickstands up (if you have one) by 10:30, so enjoy some fellowship at Bike Central before pedaling the streets, alleys, and trails of Le Mars as you search for items that make up Thanksgiving dinner or add to others' self-care and/or enjoyment of the holiday season. Once you've collected all items and arrive back at Bike Central by 12:00 p.m., all donations will be collected and distributed by the Siouxland Food Bank. Area food banks to benefit from your generosity include the Rejoice Community Church and Sunnybrook Hope Center!

     Morning munchies will be on hand as well as chili for lunch (or bring your favorite holiday appetizer to share)! Prizes will be awarded for various categories! So come have a "Wheelie" great time getting into the holiday spirit!!
