Bronx Cranksgiving, a scavenger hunt style food drive on bike, started in 2016 as a way to connect the NYC cycling community to Bronx residents in need and bring attention to cycling in The Bronx.

 

In 2023, due to an increase in community fridges, mutual aids group, and riding groups/clubs, the tough decision of holding off on any future Bronx Cranksgiving events was made.

 

But due to the current state of affairs, a larger number of Bronx residents will experiencing food insecurity. So, it's been decided to host a last minute emergency relief event that we hope will help make things a little easier for our community. 

 

Please save the date and join us on Saturday, November 29th at 11am for another Bronx Cranksgiving event. 

 

Please stay tuned and allow us some grace as we figure out the logistics.

Expect to ride around the Bronx in search of specific food items.
